Privacy Notice (KVKK)
This Privacy Notice has been prepared under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") by KÖNİ GÜZELLİK MERKEZİ ÖZEL SAĞLIK VE EĞİTİM İNŞAAT TAAHHÜT EMLAK KİMYA SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. ("Köni Kimya", the "Company") acting as the data controller, to inform visitors of konikimya.com and users of our contact/application forms.
Your personal data may include your name, email, phone number, company/brand information and any other contact details you share through our forms. This data is collected through the contact form, OEM/contract manufacturing request form, job application form and similar forms on the website, as well as through email or phone contact, by automated or partly automated means.
Your personal data is processed to evaluate and respond to your request, carry out OEM/contract manufacturing and partnership processes, evaluate job applications, manage customer relations, fulfil legal obligations and ensure website security, in accordance with the processing conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK.
Your personal data may only be shared with our service providers and business partners (e.g. hosting and email infrastructure providers) and with authorised public authorities, to the extent required by our legal obligations and in line with the conditions of Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK. Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent or a legal basis.
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about such processing, to learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request its deletion or destruction, to request that these corrections be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred, to object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis exclusively via automated systems, and to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
You may exercise these rights by sending your request to info@konikimya.com by email, or in writing to Fabrikalar Mah. 3050/1 Sk. No:11/1, Kepez / Antalya. Requests are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on their nature.
